Very worst work environment and culture from last few years. Company policies are not good , appraisals are not fair and they do not offer good salary and hike , there is no bonus and appreciation by the management and boss. In this critical situation due to covid 19 they not give any salary from last three months . I spent here abot 11 years but now I am helpless today there is no support at all.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
