...other departments). Few HODs are too much toxic that you can't Work with them. Salary Scale is very low as per the Qatar Market Standard. There are almost 10 Engineers quits the company within 1 years due the above mentioned issues.

I was for 2 Months in the company and I like only there lies, how flawlessly they lie to every one.

Dislikes

1. No value for their employees. 2. Salary 2 Months delay. 3. They have not hired Engineers before. 4. They treat their engineers like a labour. 5. Do not provide vehicle even if some one dying by hunger. 6.No one gets their settelment easily. 7. Its a small maintenance company so 24X7 work and no compensation. 8. 3-4 engineers in a single room bed space available numbers can increase. 9.They are totally inhuman people don't go after their commitments and fake promises.

Doka Qatar is one of the worst place to work with. Although it’s a MNC but internal politics is very high. It has a high lobby of Philipino and they will never allow to work or grow either. My boss was also not good at all. She never provided me works and never allowed me to use my skills. If you want to use your skills and knowledge, no one will take it in a positive way. You cannot use your brain neither you are allowed to use your ideas. My experience in that company is worst mostly for the Indians. Department head was very biased to Philipino and her country people.

Internal politics is too high and you can’t use your new ideas , knowledge or skills you got from previous experiences.
