... company kept me waiting for my full final settlement for around 3 months now... It was only after this prolonged delay that I was informed they were not going to release my salary due to perceived performance issues..... The point is that if my performance was truly subpar, why did they extend an invitation and visit for me to rejoin the company just a few days back ... ??? The higher management wanted me to join back ... I cannot pursue legal action due to my involvement in clearing the organization's backlogs, which requires significant time and effort. However, O posses a comprehensive mail trails and whatsapp messages, which validates my claim and points ... In closing... I offer this advice to anyone joining the organization DO NOT JOIN. PERIOD. I hope this review helps anyone planning to join.

Communication within teams could be more streamlined, which would enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, the workload can sometimes be demanding, affecting work-life balance. Despite these challenges, I am committed to contributing my best and working towards solutions.

Great owner that care about their employee's, Great work - life balance ,team members are very helpful,supportive work environment and a place to grow and learn.

Functioning of the Dice academy is fantastic, all the teachers are always eager to share the knowledge, it allows you to express your ideas and opinion.

+ Supercool academy Teachers are so polite and friendly Educational environment Thanks to Tanya mam and abhijeet sir who helped me for my placement and internship both are so polite and friendly.currently I am working in digiware as a graphic intern.last but not the least sunny sir who taught me so well Thanks DICE.
