Not a good company in terms of salary and promotion , delayed appraisal every year because HR are busy in secret santa work , alteration rate is nearby 50% , No job security you may be asked to resign if company is not doing well (Instead upper management needs to resign if company are in loss) , i may get 8-10% max to max Appraisal this year and need to search job from march onwards because there is no future here

...ple, egoistic nature people, unqualified QC department, poor material selection. Comes to Salary... Very worst across same level of company. In simple terms, you will look like beggar and sacrifice everything to work here. Now management people... There's no harm in mentioning people name here. Kunjal and Pravin Neel, will decide everything here in this company. Starting from low salaried person to high salaried (ha ha) with higher experienced person, if these two people with their egoistic nature don't like someone or if anyone speaks against them during discussion, these two people influence other employees in entire organisation, that you will be tagged as bad guy and these two will go any extent to fire you because of their ego. These two will decide who is good and who is bad, whom they want and whom they don't want. Kunjal and Pravin Neel, they involve in each and every department, and these two only decide whom they want to retain , whom they want to firing. For them it's a kind of madness, enjoying themselves by discriminating others. PAN India, except few regional managers, most of other regional managers and zonal managers doing side distribution business and involve in some other commision based business. Both Kunjal and Pravin Neel, knows very well about them and still not minded and continue with them. Next comee to Pricing strategy... Similar product or same model with different name, as it's OEM... When other companies and distributors sells for more than 30% lesser price when compared to Diasys. These people sells at higher price. How the same product differs in quality when manufacturer is same. Poor strategy. For this, these people tell we have service, support, technical team. I doubt whether other companies employ school students or farmers. They also having engineers, better application support and better supply, better quality of reagents and in all aspects better than Diasys. These people simply cheat customers. HR... Just there for name sake, to hire and count on attrition and rehire... Repeats the process. Don't ever dare to open your mouth for salary. Then your entire family generation will pinned, because of them only you guys were living. Worst salary structure and policy in entire industry. Just for example, if you hired and shortlisted, don't expect more than 15% hike from your current drawn. If you negotiate, you will be treated like, you are worth for nothing kond of behaviour. For existing employees don't even think about revision.Maximum 5 to 7 percent. They took money from your own salary and gives you insurance. Other companies it is comprehensive. For resigned employees, these people forgot about exit interview. I never saw any exit interview process or frequent feedback. Management... Always talk about quality and quality. But, when comes to quality of employees salary and life in Diasys, it's total disaster and pathetic. No humanly respect and consideration. Many management people were hidden ego of their caste nature, not shown directly, but with their way of speaking, it expels. Then comes to bonus and incentives... You never get one. Because the policy for bonus and incentives were kind of sadism. Policy was created such a way , make sure no one received bonus. Unnecessary meeting, unnecessary events, total waste of people. If company wants to grow up and profitable, remove people like Kunjal, Pravin Neel, poor quality QC department, Useless R&D department. Invest quality amount in quality people. Atleast genuine with business and to customers. To Diasys India Management people, Don't behave like you are monopoly and you only decide market. When compared to many smaller companies, they were much much better. And don't ever try to establish yourself as quality company.

Dislikes

East team local managers are worst. They don't try to grown this company up. They always blaim on down the line staff. And specially their behaviour is very bad for us as well as customers. If they will improve then the company is mind blowing.

Company managment communicates only with Regional managers for Reports, local ASM is not considered for that. Prices are high in comparison to other exitisting products in same product line.

My worst experience during my work with DiaSys.

Dislikes

Due to the wrong decision of my reporting Boss I left DiaSys.He dose not have any business acumen and completely biased character.He dose not prefer any good leader but like keep some of his informer who dose not have professional qualification n experience.
