Good company to start for IT freshers for mobile apps only

...be fool to join as salesforce developer.. join as mobile app dev or qa tester 3. doesnt have job security at all neither they give you 2 months notice prior nor they give you proper salary at time of releasing. dont fall for the bond and bonus.. dont trust this company as they only support favouritism.

- favouritism - person to person policy change - not fix timings force to work your personal time and not received any comp off ,leave or OT . In appraisal time say you have not full fill our expectations.between in year don't say anything

- Job Security & no salary delay. - Work environment is awesome. Flat hierarchy makes it super awesome. Here is nothing like boss-employee culture. we all are on the same level and equally supportive of each and every one. - This is an open place to learning, growing & innovations.

Dislikes

- Work Pressure sometimes. - No Compensation, if you work for extra hours or on weekends. - Must follow the proper process management from gathering requirements to deliver a task or project, so that we can deliver quality (first) with quantity. (Well we started working on this) - No Health and other insurance benifits for employees.

The prior focus was only on website and app development not on digital marketing. According to my experience, I can say that DianApps is a go-to for developers not for digital marketers.
