Everything of this company. Actually company is offering salary, offering commision base job. If you appoint distributor of 5lac, i.e., worthless then you gen commision after that distributor pinches for stock & company will not ans exactly as before promised on papers

I don't like to work here at Diamond Retail Mart Pvt. Ltd. He did not supported me through anything and even did not pay my salary in this epidemic. This company cheated me it's a fraud company.

I didn't like to work here because this company has no rules and regulations like fix date of salary, no benefits to work in this company, career growth and any other opportunities you can't find here overall I am very unsatisfied with Diamond retail mart Pvt. Ltd.

...am pe commission pe employee appoint krna , jise hr bhi employee ko nahi batati. Salary ke maan pe commission pakda dete hai.
