The company itself is an institution where the new comer can gain lots of things , like technical, emotional and can be the best on the life, as pe my experience my company has given me a new birth, i got everything in knoweledge, wealth, satisfaction , learni ng and lot which can not express on words, where my company has given me oppertunity to go ahead with full support in all field, technically as well as in social life also. its one of the most fraud-est company, It has been doing so many huge scams. Work environment is very poor & dominant culture here. Worst-est experience I never got before. I had lost of my 2 years of career here...

Dominant culture. You can not even utilize your knowledge. So learning a new things are very far .....,If you try to utilize your true knowledge you will be humiliated very drastically....
