Old equipment, maintenance people local. Not hear if you will tell any work. Management pressure will be always more. At the end of year you will loose your job. Only indians will be fire. Local people all permanent. Every week and every month shutdown. Politics is also more. Anytime you will fire.

1. The behavior of the plant head Mr. Nag Bhushanam is very bad. 2. Mr. Nag Bhushanam Treats his employees badly. 3. His Knowledge of the work is absolutely zero. 4. The presence of the plant head in the plant is a huge for the company
