Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.

Diamond cement is a best company as in production, Management coordination or cooperation with ideas & innovations to each department, sometimes to understand reality of individual matters to deeply watch fact or falls its most important, so i think it need to improvise for more better results.

Companies employees rotation is very high. If some one start working with this Company if he left the country then he left the Company as well. Coz I have seen many examples when person goes on Annual leave & never return back.
