Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Different types of unit operations available here such as distillation, crystallizers, centrifuge, rotary vaccum dryer, flaker, etc. Particularly in distillation there is atmospheric, vaccum, and pressure swing distillation.

Dislikes

Good for freshers but not for experience person's because they don't get enough package. Otherwise everything is good.

Superb Work Culture, Nice Human Beings Working there , No politics , Lots Of Learning From Seniors, Supportive Seniors Like Kirit Panchal bhai , NH Gandhi Sir , And Human Resource Manager Kulvant Rao Sir If I say technical You will be king Of All types Of Distillation Through DCS Like Pressure Swing, Atmospheric, Vacuum Distillations.

For fresher BE chemical Engineer this company is best because having continuous DCS plant . Operation like simple distillation , vacuum distillation , pressure swing distillation . Having good experience.
