Working Environment is quite good. Two week off's. (Saturday and Sunday). Good Management and facilities like transport and Canteen.

Dislikes

Today only ( Ajach pahije/ Aatach Pahije drawings). Overtime in overtime.

This company works on many international brands that helps ur to develop our thinking to work for them. This is a challenge for employees to meet the requirement which helps to enhance ourselves.

Dislikes

Work pressure. Harmful for personal life. But obviously if you want to achieve something then you have so compromise the other things. Although their is a scope of improvement but due to covid this is happening with all the companies.

Dislikes

10 hours work culture and the only cad related job in furniture sector, experience will be constricted only to furniture sector and is of no real us for any other sector
