...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is very less as Sales executive is an off roll job. Promotion is highly unlikely, allowances are not satisfactory. Marketing department is not able to use their full potential, all the work is put upon the sales team.

Too much layoffs happened b/w 2020-2022 without proper judgement. Off-role promotion happens only from tier-1 cities.

compensation and benefits are good. Yearly twice they will provide the liquor reimbursement, and during the wfh claim benifits given for furnitures. Health insurance are good. Cab facilities and shift allowances available except general shift.

Micro management, getting the promotion and career development will be a dream

Unless you are in the major role of work, there is a limit to the compensation and benefits offered. Really a learning platform but unlikely a stage to sum up a career goal.
