Your job is not stable. In the last few years, there were too many reorganization done in DBSI. The top leaders who were working 2-3 years ago have been asked to move out. Do not join if you are looking for a long term career option

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not increasing from last 3 years & career growth is also slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Salary is very less as Sales executive is an off roll job. Promotion is highly unlikely, allowances are not satisfactory. Marketing department is not able to use their full potential, all the work is put upon the sales team.

Too much layoffs happened b/w 2020-2022 without proper judgement. Off-role promotion happens only from tier-1 cities.
