The work culture is wonderful, everybody is very understanding, helpful, there is no hierarchy system, so everybody can have their opinions. Company promotes learning and development and also gives priority to personal growth options.

its very under paying, there is not much opportunity for practical implication of your learnings, promotions and appraisals are minimal.

The likes about Diacto is working in a culture where everyone is ready to help you regardless of their positions and always hear about what's your views/opinions.

Would not say as dislikes but there are few things which could have been much better.

Very good people by nature and try to take care of their employees a lot. And culture of company was great in the beginning and if luck helps it can be a great place to work over a long time.

Dislikes

They will need to pivot and climb up the tech tree, do more complicated work in the field, but upper management does not have knowledge needed to do that. But they are good people and I will try to do right by them.

One of the best companies I have worked with till date. The CEO has a clear vision on of what the company wants to achieve and the teams are aligned towards achieving that. The Management takes feedback seriously and work on them to ensure no dissatisfied employees is left behind. The employee centric culture nurtures best in the employee and its growth.

It's one of the best companies for any Data Analyst. He/she will get immense opportunities to learn, work on varied set of customers BI tools and dashboards. Sky is the limit here. The leadership team is extremely supportive and appreciative of your work. As long as you have hunger to grow and learn, you will get all kinds of opportunities. It's a lateral organization, and everybody is free to voice his or her opinion in a respectful way. Work culture is amazing, the whole team is supportive, nobody backstabs anybody. They do quarterly meets to keep the spirits up and see each other and have fun. All in all an excellent Work from Home opportunity to learn and grow.
