Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

cleanliness and on time salary.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. Work pressure is very very high. You need to work 10-11 hours 4 days in a week. Management do not value an individuals unique strength, They only understand that they are super heroes :) Only copy paste work happens there. Worst work and life balance. But still they say them self a HAPPY TEAM ( ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha). I am sure only they are happy. In every 2-3 months they change company policy in favor of company. They give alternate Saturday off but it is only for them not for employee. If you have good knowledge don't go for interview, Because the employee who will take your interview, will not select you if he found you have more knowledge than him and this is common thing there. DON'T RUIN YOUR CAREER, If you still think to join that company than you will surely remember my words after 6 months.
