DHQ KDA KOHAT is working/ providing services to patients in resources which been received from health department. There is no additional support in terms of service provision. More there is no moral, psychosocial support for it's employees in terms of any life loss, damage or harassment.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political influence. No capticity buildings of employees at all. No rewards for doing something special.

I have 8 years experince of lab we should have a good behviour each other in our lab our boss means pathologist is also good behaviour man he is well and may Allah bless him

Here a variety of patients is available but majority are poor and this hospital is not providing total free treatment Infrastructure is not up to date Proper and modern equipment which is necessary for development and growth of skill is not up to date Job security for contract faculty is very poor Otherwise it is a good institute

Job security is not there and timely promotion is not there

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
