No likes at all the MD of the company is a big time fraudster, he takes money from the SS and send the stock according to his wish & whims, some times he even not send the stocks, and keep the money with him.

Only advice is to please don't join this company at any cost. He doesn't pay salary and expenses on time, he has no commitments towards his employees, and treats them very badly/
