... good culture. Job security is terrible in dhoot. There is no work satisfaction. More work compare to salary.

Dislikes

Carrier growth is very slow in dhoot and management doesn't address our issues. More work compare to salary. No satisfaction.

Good People, supportive staff, good training system. Our plant is very big and nice plant layout. Bus and canteen facilities are good. Work life balnce is good. Company conduct games and nice events on festivals.

Dislikes

Work load is more. Less salary with huge amount of work load. Underpaid salaries. Not good increaments.

...ery bad experience there work environment is very bad they abuse you everytime..They stop you for overtime by force although they pay for overtime..The growth here is zero you will not get any opportunity for new things...In short i will not suggest anyone to join this company.
