Salary problem... Company pay right amount..but contract cut money and they pay

...ery bad experience there work environment is very bad they abuse you everytime..They stop you for overtime by force although they pay for overtime..The growth here is zero you will not get any opportunity for new things...In short i will not suggest anyone to join this company.

Workplace environment satisfying, seniors are ready to give knowledge about which I need, salary timing also fixed. They are give opportunity whose person like to show their talent , in monthly company respected their best employees in different different post.

Promotions occurs slowly, from my view there is no another dislike

Good People, supportive staff, good training system. Our plant is very big and nice plant layout. Bus and canteen facilities are good. Work life balnce is good. Company conduct games and nice events on festivals.

Work load is more. Less salary with huge amount of work load. Underpaid salaries. Not good increaments.

Most of the companies in Aurangabad are not having bus facility atleast Dhoot transmission is having that, work culture is good but it needs to be improved as it is an big organization, job security is less, management needs to be improved.

Everyone is self oriented, if someone is having salary greater than the teammates he/she is not adjusted in the group, as compared to work salary is decent.
