There is association of good culture and fashion of working environment with supportive fellows. The company implemented good machanism to combat with COVID 19 by awareness among employees and workers for mandatory use of sanitizer, hand wash and face mask. As long as the employees and staffs were persistently alarmed to keep distance while working.

Not any security regarding job, work, not any professional work agst employee a store Manager's work in this Com vichle loading un loding and helper's work on store Utilization and reporting. Company Staff is very cooperative. MD is very hard working and ideal impration to other people. GM/ Commercial Head is very sensitive and carrying person.

Dislikes

Company owner not fair with left employes...No budy get his full and final payment. He is big Tax evader. Company work environment is very polluted...so many people are die from slow poison....there is no system...topical lala company

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
