Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

The company is open to innovation anf readily adopts latest technology. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Director is decent, care takers, But Office colleagues are not friendly nature, sometimes they playing dirty politics with us. The work pressure is high, In a week 3-4 times, i have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day. As i have to attend client calls in the late evening and also late night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation call, messages from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.
