Corporate office is really awesome Job security is good until or unless you didn't done any blunder Work life balance is also good Trying to update legacy technology for IT and operations. Upper management always welcome you if you have any great idea, but you have to take ownership for that without fail . Great policy but still need some improvements.

Internally Ego war in seniors, mostly seniors have no exposure about today industry they are still in 90s decade only blessed with company owner they are running company. I mean they do not think innovative how we can smart work

Hr department dnt know our responsibility .how to work .they just play like a katputali of management.what ever management says they distroy employee future.and telling lie every time and misbehave with employee. Only cha plus earn timely promotion otherwise hardwork doesnt see anybody.

99% politics in the company and only 1% work, toxic work culture there is no plateform to take your performance on higer level, absolute sycophancy culture in the entire company

Salary hike is very bad, promotions are given only to sycophants. Promotions, salary hikes are given only to sycophants or relatives. I have served for more than 7 years, 110% hike every year, still there is no salary improvement or promotion in the last 7 years.
