Salary hike is very bad, promotions are given only to sycophants. Promotions, salary hikes are given only to sycophants or relatives. I have served for more than 7 years, 110% hike every year, still there is no salary improvement or promotion in the last 7 years.

Nothing is good to mention here. My boss Mr. Tanuj Kumar (RSM, Modern Trade Sales) was not help-full to his juniors/teammates. He was always doubting on his team members without any reason.. he was encouraging to doing unethical work in market. Over all the culture of the company is very much pathetic. Would like to suggest not to join in this la la type company..
