...nment and culture. My superior and my colleuges are very supportive and helping. Company policies are good the give us good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There have lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and dosnt give appraisal on time. On the job training is not given to new joineers.

Job security depends on buttering and not on your performance, if you are straight forward and highlights weaknesses in system, your job will be at risk

Not given any training to the teams, work environment & work life were not good.

Compensation was decent, but behaviors of seniors were not good towards the team members. There is no on-job training for the employees.

Salary hike is very bad, promotions are given only to sycophants. Promotions, salary hikes are given only to sycophants or relatives. I have served for more than 7 years, 110% hike every year, still there is no salary improvement or promotion in the last 7 years.

Culture is so good... But Not suitable for future purpose.. If you ready for relocation that you can go .. But if you think for a particular location then it's not possible.

Management for Both On role and Casual labour. Contractual workers were not paid their salary on time. Contractor monopoly environment is happening there no one tell about this issue and workers face their problem in every month. They use both on role and contractual manpower for their own purpose but they do nothing and don't think of labour future growth and development
