1. mouth freshner devision is extremely poor. 2. The job of a sales officer here is to work like a donkey. 3. To do job pay out of your own pocket to survive. 4. There is a lot of pressure on Focus products. you have to pay 6000-7000 rupes in a month for own pocket. 5. If the distributor's Rtgs order is given to a senior then it gets changed. 6. Company is good but mouth freshner devision is really toxic, poor management, Unnecessary presure. 7. contemplate 5 time to join this devision.

The company gives many opportunities for promotion but gives almost no increase in salary to the employee appointed on a post and does not even give Diwali bonus to the employee. Therefore, we want that there should be at least 10% increase in annual income and bonus should also be given on big festivals like Diwali.

Salary hike is very bad, promotions are given only to sycophants. Promotions, salary hikes are given only to sycophants or relatives. I have served for more than 7 years, 110% hike every year, still there is no salary improvement or promotion in the last 7 years.
