Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is open to innovation new FMCG division & launched hard boil / soft varieties Candy . I am a part of this team , plan to launch new division with full set up infrastructures, super,distributors & sub stockist as per geography beat plans with a set of manpower successfully. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in this house. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but new division growth is slow as a new launching. The work presure is very high . Something I have to work 10 + hours straight in a day as I have to attend various areas . High management do not value am individual's unique strengths,which is why I have take back my suggestions most of the times.
