New joinees are literally sidelined by seniour ones ,even directors trust n appreciate only to the seniours who shows off to them...i literally held on fire most of times by director for the mistakes i hadnt done as they were done by previous shift drs...emotional level disturbance by partiality towards some employee by the person who is like head for doctors team..
