Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is new technology machines and equipments

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend patients in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value on individuals unique strength, wich is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Ido review appreciation emails from my client , but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also there are is no on job training for freshers hence senior falls like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes
