...style, no activities for employees, no motivation to work for non sales staff. People working here since more than 20 years with severely less pay package

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. And basicaly so good all types of attractive product are available in this company that's example herbicide, pesticides, miticide and fungiside.

When any new task has been assigned to team members the expectation of senior should be clear . So we can give more effective results in less time and can utilize that time in some other task.

...rs to this company and many. .. But they won't do much ..as below descripted.. No Medical beneficiaries, no insurance policy, no compensatory benefits,no appraisal, no bonus... If pandemic determine too, no beneficiaries ... Disguising lot.. Pretty nonsense of these policies...
