working at dhanuka agritech ltd gave me a great feeling, working with dhanuka made me feel proud because i have worked with the third largest manufacturer of agritech products. I learnt about a lot of new technologies and techniques.

...xed duty hours. Changing duty hours and shift schedules 3 -4 times in a month. Seniors doesnt pay attention to the problems being faced during working time.

Everyone treats us with respect and have a good culture among peers.

...style, no activities for employees, no motivation to work for non sales staff. People working here since more than 20 years with severely less pay package

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. And basicaly so good all types of attractive product are available in this company that's example herbicide, pesticides, miticide and fungiside.

When any new task has been assigned to team members the expectation of senior should be clear . So we can give more effective results in less time and can utilize that time in some other task.
