Literally nothing to like about, & I mean it.

Dislikes

...loyees, no job security, no timely appraisals, bonus ,incentives, pf, insurance. A very minimal amount named salary. A very great example of how humans as resource can be exploited. A large gap in salary in herierchy of middle managers & bottom managers.

There’s nothing worth “liking” here. Except the time when you clock out.

Dislikes

...month end. Management: Management does not value employees and their opinions. Bulk hiring takes place and there’s frequent cost cutting resulting in employees losing their jobs with nothing in their hands, speaks a lot about job security. There are no company etiquettes. No policies.

Complaint Regarding Workplace Misconduct and Unethical Practices at Dhani Stocks Ltd. – Surat Branch 1. Inappropriate and Unprofessional Behavior by Branch Manager (BM), Vijay Giri As the Branch Manager at the Surat Branch, Vijay Giri has repeatedly asked me to perform personal tasks, such as carrying their bag, and has addressed me with disrespectful terms like "darling." This behavior is unprofessional and inappropriate in the workplace. 2. Harassment and Intimidation I have been subjected to harassment by the Branch Manager, who, on one occasion, aggressively slammed their hand on my desk, creating an intimidating and hostile environment. Furthermore, I was pressured to resign for not knowing stock prices, despite being in the early stages of my training. This kind of treatment has affected my ability to perform my duties. 3. Discriminatory Remarks The Branch Manager made discriminatory comments regarding my regional background, asking, "Where are you from? UP?" in a derogatory manner. These remarks reflect bias and discrimination, which should not be tolerated in any workplace. 4. Unjust Placement on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Despite my limited tenure and lack of full training, I was placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) with an unrealistic 3-day deadline. This seemed designed to force my resignation rather than provide me with a fair opportunity to improve my performance. 5. Lack of HR Support and Communication Blockade After raising these concerns with the Human Resources department, I received no support. Instead, my emails were blocked, preventing further communication with HR. This lack of support and failure to address my concerns demonstrates a neglect of my rights as an employee. 6. Unjust Termination Ultimately, I was terminated from the company without a proper investigation into the issues I raised. This decision feels retaliatory and unfair, considering the circumstances surrounding my complaints. Summary of Requested Actions: I request a formal investigation into the misconduct, discrimination, and harassment I experienced under Branch Manager Vijay Giri. I also seek corrective measures to ensure that similar actions do not affect other employees and that employee rights are upheld.
