It's good to say that in this pandemic time Indiabulls supported each executive so much. I am so help full that I still have job and thank you so much for that. But I think as a experience executive we all need a hike in our CTC and designation . Thank you very much for your support

I prefer more decent Salary. And there a lots of politics haapens in management group. But in the the end thanks a lot for this 2 years of support.☺️

The only good thing about this company is salary is in time. Nothing else.

... made to do something different which not related to the actual job description. Salary was less as per the industry standard and made us to work sometimes even on holidays. Appraisal is given once in 3 years.

I have worked 5 years in Dhani But I my salary was not increased. I done my work what company except from me, i have received Star performance also , after covid no incentive amount also not received, now I'm 30years old but my salary is less because of dhani only

...portive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and garden. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. And the job security is less.
