Partially, Gossip, 12 to 14 hours work, seniors staffs house hold work also done by junior staffs, HRD not maintained staffs concern, transferes, lot of partiality in promotion, worst working environment, delayed salary payment etc.

There is a lot of scope and space for learning and innovation. You are expected to be self regulated and organization believes you in most of the aspects.

Dislikes

It might be hard sometimes to handle lot of roles and spending time with our family. It is not a 9-5 job Or fixed time job.

It is easy to recruit at this institute but it is very difficult to get out of the institute. So far nobody has gone out of this institute in easily. The relieving process of this organization is very difficult. There is no response for relieving job.
