...re supportive. there is a big school, sports complex for education and chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and good salary hike and bonus every year. It is provide free accommodation to their employees.

There is a little bit politics otherwise it is a growing company legacy of tomorrow.

High politics Company prefer those candidates whose someone in their company. They exit you without notice. They don't measure performance of employees while increment. Don't listen your suggestion. Uneducated person is GM and DGM they will lead you.

Here I am working as a trainee in materials department. Every person is so helpful. Especially our H. O. D., He is very nice personality. I learnt so many topics from every one. Here work environment is very good. Politics i do not understand.

Salary is too low and no bandits of over time.
