My office (DTCA) was about 6/7 hours driving away from my residence because of traffic jam in the city. The position was for a senior professional, so no chance for career growth for me. Only 6/7 input and we were not having team work environment.

Dislikes

It was not a carrier job position rather a contract job and my contract was for 15 months. I had to request the management to suspend my input for a few months as no work was ongoing because of absence of Donor's personals. as there were no work ongoing, the management was not feeling comfortable with the continuation of my employment. Finally management agreed with my suggestion and I was unemployed for couple of months and I resumed when Donor's staff came back to office. Since then as I completed my 15 months input, I decided to leave the office and did not renew my job contract. There was no job security and training and team work environment was absence. I left job after completion of 15 months contract and DTCA later recruited my replacement. The project is yet to be completed.
