Very very bad management, no respect to staff members COO running business as if it is his own!! You have to fight for promotion, fight for vacation, fight to work!

Dislikes

Everrything about Dhabi is well organized. Compensation is decent and growth normal. Working hours are flexible and appropriate training's given to staffs. But sometimes, the workforce do not get enough work as sub-contractors are too many who also do no different work as the staff.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
