Nothing but I lost my precious time and nothing archive. My future is not secured They used and throw while after their work project is end. It is very difficult to spend time while no work When some project is so good but at a once time burden of work is to much to do

It was an amazing experience as an article assistant, yes at every place there would be an ups and down but here you will get a brand name with good working opportunity but you have to be a work seeker and you have to take steps to get good and more work.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
