1* Lack of knowledgeable person on site. 2* Lack planning of work. 3* Some (Anand) Oversmart people on site who always shows off and demotivate others. 4*No Proper work distribution and continuity of work by project manager. 5*No support of Project manager to their staff. 6. Working hours and leave distribution on site by maneger. 7*there is so many to say but above are some important to apply.

Work in old patterns, fails in commitments, not following corporate policy, no division of work as per department. Not following proper distribution of work as per eligibility.
