Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company has healthy environment, smooth work culture slightly more work timeline and effort needed here. Team is understandable, helpful, supporting nature from higher level manager to staff level people. Well educated and technical staffs are here so good in all criteria for everyone.

Company gives you the advantage to work in multiple roles. Also you might get chance to test your expertise into various projects and technologies. Even though company has a short time period of 5 years in the market, company has established its roots strong and dealing with multiple clients today. No concern with job security.
