Apart from employee salary, nothing is good.

There is lots of internal politics and even top management don't know how to drive the business and market support is extremely horrible, expiry and damage policy is horrible top management will never support any ASM tsm sales officer.

The quality of work is extremely good. There's lots to do, but that also means there's lots to learn. I am lucky to have a great mentor who is guiding me and supporting me through my process of being a management trainee. There are also monthly meetings, wherein, they are reviewing our progress as well as providing help if needed. They are invested in the growth of Management Trainees.

Wish there was a coffee machine in office
