The salary they offer for a fresher is good. But don't be fooled just by the offer amount.

No job security - They an remove you with just a week's notice and then don't clear up your balance salary amount. Unresponsive and rude HR- The HR doesn't respond to calls, and when they do they respond in a very unpolite and rude way. Doctors are supposed to be respected and the HR doesn't do justice to this designation. The HR won't even pay the balance amount of salary after promising everything. Write n number of emails and you never get a prompt response from the HR. Talk to one HR about your problem, they will transfer to someone else and the process goes on and on Very poor management

Give you good salary as a fresher as compared to what Private clinic will offer you if got one

To much Sales involved in treatment sometimes it feels like you not as doctor just a salesman for a corporate organisation. You have answers same thing to different people again n again every time you see the patient even after uploading patient data in a centralised software where they can see each and everything. They will promise you for incentive but but for that you have fill multiple sheets after that when you get it you will feel like why I wasted my time to fill those sheets

Being a startup, learning opportunities are high as nobody knows anything here. You end up learning and doing things by yourself.

Dislikes

...ernity benefits. The company hires and fires employees without proper reasoning. If you perform well, they will make you work more without increasing your pay. The company has a history of making false promises to employees regarding ESOPs without providing any documentation. There is no clarity on variable pay, and employees have to inquire about it themselves. The company does not conduct any performance review meetings, and the founders have a biased attitude towards certain employees.

...working with them or an ex-employee, they treat you poorly in both situations. I've been out of this job for more than five months, yet I still haven't received my earned leaves amount, EPF contribution deducted from salary but not credited into my EPF account, incentive payments none of these are settled, including my form 16. There is literally no communication at all. All my calls and emails went unanswered by the staff. No business would likely be so busy for five long months, I am certain. Additionally, they had the gall to declare, "We won't pay you a penny, do what u want." This is extremely upsetting and stressful. Never do they treat you kindly. Incompetent management. 50 emails till date since Feb 10th, HR executives, HR heads, and CEOs none bothered to respond. (Attached snaps) Never, ever, ever join this organisation

Previously work culture was good.

Dislikes

they started cost cutting and firing people like nothing. They fired More than 50% of employee. No work life balance. Many additional roles to the current profile. Work culture is getting toxic day by day
