Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

They havent even given me my salary. Blocked me from everywhere. They are the worst to work with. TOO much POLITICS. The worst woman here is "RItu Singh" and he even assassinates the character of her own employees.

Waste or worst to work with they don’t respect the new employees full politics mainly with Ritu Singh and komal bhajan they don’t even explain the work….just expect us to do like a experience person with their project no proper training is given….please don’t join this company will definitely have worst experience.

They hired me as a content writer, but after a period of 6 months, they kicked me out without a reason and without a notice. i was quite professional with my work and submitted everything timely. One fine day while i was away for lunch, the owner of the company 'ritu singh' kicked me out saying i did not submit the work even though i did it correctly and i have all the proof for the same. Now its been an year and she hasn't even given me my experience certificate.
