...A driven organisation they don't have proper technology to grab the business. Salary is not provided properly They don't provide final settlement for the ex employees they cheat the employees They use to threaten the employees 3 founders are not fit to run a business Their aim is only earn money money not the growth of organisation They don't work professionally were they wont provide refunds to the customer they won't respond to the emails /phone calls.

Nothing likes about this company, they are in the market from past 7-8 years and still they believe they are in Startup phase, the company profits and growth is less than a Chai ka Thela or Panshop operating in Delhi main market, but their vision is like they are competing with Global leaders, their only policy is to Hire and Fire or the people will automatically leave just because of NoSatisfaction in the working environment, the founders use abusive way to threat employees and keeps no patience.

Dislikes

The Company is just a 3 Man show, who are filling their pockets, while they are making their vendors fool by not making payments which result in improper operations, and negative customer feedback which at the end result in less Sales and dis-satisfaction from new clients.
