Lack of management No products to sell No work ethics Not customer centric No policies or structure to develope a businesses No passions towards the business Being a OTA driven organisation they don't have proper technology to grab the business. I have seen All other organisations increase/hire more manpower to move to the next stages but only company decreases the employee to dump

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
