1.Daily Clock-in & clock-out old school system is following and if u missed it will be deducted in salary (though intimation will be sent to employees for missed punch it can be avoided) 2.Yearly paid leaves will not carry forward to next year. 3. Health insurance available only for 3 nominee (self+2) with budget of 3L where most companies provide 5 nominee with 7-10L 4. It's a tier 2 service based company so resources will be allocated to client location, need to be flexible 5. Finally notice period is 90d

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Dextara Digital. The supportive work environment, collaborative team and emphasis on professional mad E it a standout experience. Their is nothing that you like.

Dislikes

You get hired when their is project. If not then you would get layoff. You have better offer then go ahead with that. Even if you still want to go start working and look outside immediately. Their is already group of people exists. They doesn't care about anyone.
