Team feels like a family and everyone is very friendly,but it being a start-up work can sometimes just extend for a long time. Also the sudden work trips can make you feel quite exhausted. But weekends are off to rejuvenate before the next week.

Dislikes

Smaller team so thus sometimes a lot of work. Travel expenses aren't always reimbursed on time. Learning on the job is kept to a minimum.
