If you are looking to work here, I will say you are making a good decision. You have much to learn here. Everything is good. The only I feel that should be there is WFH. Unfortunately, company doesn't allow its employees to work from home or any Hybrid Working system. So, this could be a downside foe some. I would say, it doesn't matter me a lot, as I am enjoying office environment. And, I don't feel like having it either.

For some, an absence of 'work fron home policy' could be a concern.

Seeing good growth in me after I started working here. If you believe in hard work and are serious about your career, you should think of working here. I am now seeing good improvisations in my domain knowledge & skills. Working here is slowly turning me in to a professional. Happy that I worked in this company.

There is no major hierarchy. Everyone is made accountable and responsible. There is equal treatment for all. Your progress relies upon your performance. No shortage of leadership opportunities. Proactivity is encouraged. Would recommend this organization for a progressive career.
