This School likes to adopt new technologies and management encourage us to learn these educational and technical tools to make us more techno savvy. I really like this attitude of our school towards employees. School gives us new challenges that provides the opportunities to learn new things top strengthen their employees. there is on job training for all the employees.

Dislikes

I am very disappoint with the school in the following aspects: 1. Salary increment is not up to the mark. Generally i receive appreciation from management for my contribution and dedication towards my duties but i never got proper monitory benefit in the form annual salary increment. 2. Improper payment of salary.

Not satisfied at all.Though job is secured.colleagues are pulling legs of each other.No carrer growth.No in-service training is provided.school authorities are not balancing the experienced and fresher staff.

What started as a short leave vacancy...ended up in a 4 year long tenure that too because of me getting married..and moving to a new city! Well, the journey was undoubtedly beautiful not only in terms of professional growth but in terms of internal growth also. The work environment was good with cooperative team mates and good work- life balance.
