lack of decision in planning because higher management staffs had no experience ,the had hired from Indus motors from lower designation and given very high post that responsibilities was not matching for run the industry in long terms planning , they had only saved the job i mean they are only yes boss , passed the time

there was not merit between workers and management, there were involved influence of like and dislike between staffs and management

Here is my best experience passed, I learn lot of things , specially about safety measurement, working procedure and quality management system. More chances of growing.

Some teasable working environment. Plant was in rural area.
