...upport will be provided, no proper conveyance is provided as heard in interview.all your salary negotiation in this company will match to the salary given to you in previous company as per their company policy.These words that I am saying are just what I feel.I was hospitalized due to stomach infection, they were regularly calling me chase the work.and they were also forcing me to come office in the same condition, how can it be possible for a hospitalized person.Hope you will understand before considering someone for interview in this company.I am working in some other company with lots of work pressure but never felt any such things.

I like to here career growth, salary, travel policy and work environment of this company.

Work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14 hours straight in a day. I had to attend vendors calls in the all times and late into the nights sometimes.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality .I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...s too poor in there. HR has zero power. At least 14-15 hrs/day work they Expect. Due to Cost Cutting they don't provide enough Managers.

If you are a foodie guy then you can join this company. Overall office envoirnment is good. HR Department is conducting different kind of activities for there employee's.

...l put you on backfoot. You will never learn something new related to your field. Payroll head is always ready to deduct the employees salary, even it was unintantional mistake. He is never protacting and supporting his team members. and never assign the KRA/ task according the member's designation/ capbility.
